The Excellence in Practice entry form has three parts.
1. Cover Page: Organizational information helps reviewers better understand the environment in which your organization operates.
2. Public-Facing Information: All applicants are asked to provide public-facing information for ATD’s use in winner publicity and communications. This information will not be included in the application that judges review.
2. Application: The actual entry form which will be rated by the reviewers.

Deadline to Apply: August 14, 2026
All entries must be finalized and submitted by 11:59 p.m. EDT, August 14, 2026.
NOTE: Only mention your organization's name when asked. Do not include any company-identifying information in your application.
